Unmountable Boot Volume Blue Screen Codes
Perhaps one of the most irritating problems that can occur on a Windows OS is the Unmountable Boot Volume blue screen error message. Often, the blue screen freeze occurs after installation or update of software or hardware. If this is the case it’s highly likely that there is a fault with the registry key or device driver.
The first thing to do, if you suspect it’s a driver problem, is to roll back the driver and see if the error comes up again. If this solves the issue, contact the manufacturer for an updated driver or visit their site. Still getting blue screen error codes? Next time it comes up, write down the ‘Stop’ error message and enter it into a search engine.
